At Big Creek Bees, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery expectations.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5PM will be processed the next business day. 

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

3. Tracking & Order Status

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using the carrier’s website. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 days, please contact us at bigcreekbees@gmail.com/(470) 560-3743.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently do not] ship internationally.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain restricted regions.

  • Orders that contain hazardous materials may have additional shipping restrictions.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

7. Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
