30-Day Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs. The following conditions apply:

    • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for non-defective items returned in opened or non-original packaging.

    • Items that are used, damaged, or missing components may be subject to a higher restocking fee or may not be eligible for a refund.

    • Restocking fees do not apply to returns of defective or damaged items (reported within 3 days of delivery).

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled for a full refund as long as they have not yet shipped. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.
